Year 6 Transition to High School

In term 4 each year, prospective students who have been approved for enrolment the following year participate in a transition program.

Students complete activities such as making a transition booklet/ social story to take home to refer to over the holiday break to assist with preparing for attending a new school.  This is done with the support of EA’s from the primary school who assist and provide a familiar face to help the process run smoothly.

On the final day of transition parents are invited to an afternoon tea where they can meet the admin team, chat to other parents, ask questions and form networks.

The transition dates for 2025 are: Friday 7th and Friday 14th November 2025.
